3.1 Deposit Terms

The minimum deposit at ccd44 is ৳500. We support the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. The minimum deposit amount is the same for each method. Depositing using a third-party account or a method registered in someone else's name is strictly prohibited.

3.2 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes. However, delays may occur in cases involving identity verification or other security reviews.

• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• The withdrawal amount requested cannot exceed your available balance.
• Withdrawals may be put on hold if bonus wagering requirements have not been met.
• Additional verification may be required for large withdrawal amounts.

3.3 Currency

All transactions on ccd44 are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Account balances, bonus amounts, and winnings are all displayed in Taka.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% match bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳10,000. A minimum deposit of ৳500 is required to receive this bonus. To convert the bonus amount into cash balance, you must complete wagering of 25 times the total bonus amount.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

The following conditions must be met to withdraw bonus funds:

• The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 25x.
• Only bets placed using bonus funds will count toward wagering calculations.

• If wagering is not completed within the specified time, the bonus will be forfeited.

4.3 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses and promotions at ccd44 are subject to the following general terms:

• Each bonus offer applies to one account only.

• ccd44 reserves the right to modify, cancel, or withdraw any bonus offer.
• If misuse or fraud related to a bonus offer is detected, the relevant account may be closed.

All games available on ccd44 — slots, live casino tables, fishing games, cricket betting, and others — are governed by the following general rules:

• All games use Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which ensures fair and random outcomes.
• Each game has its own rules, which can be viewed from within the game.
• ccd44 reserves the right to make a decision if the outcome of a bet becomes uncertain due to a technical error.
• Winnings obtained as a result of a software error or malfunction may be considered void.

5.1 Sports Betting

Additional sports betting rules apply for betting on cricket (including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and ICC events) and other sporting events. Odds may change after a bet is placed — the odds at the time of bet confirmation are final.

5.2 Live Gaming

Players participating in live table games from providers including Evolution Gaming and Ezugi must follow the instructions displayed on screen. The decisions of the live game dealer are considered final.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ccd44 platform. Engaging in these activities will result in immediate account closure and all balances may be forfeited:

• Any form of fraud, deception, or unlawful activity.
• Abuse of the bonus system ("bonus hunting" or "arbitrage").
• Creating multiple accounts or managing accounts on behalf of others.
• Placing bets using automated bots or software.
• Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds.
• Harassment, intimidation, or misconduct toward other players.
• Attempting to hack the platform's software or gain unauthorized access.

ccd44 is strictly for adults. Use of this platform is permitted only for those aged 21 or above. Minors are strictly prohibited from creating an account or using the gaming platform.

If we confirm that a minor is using our platform, the relevant account will be closed immediately and all winnings and deposited funds will be forfeited.

The ccd44 VIP Program has five tiers. Each tier comes with weekly cashback benefits and other exclusive privileges:

• Bronze: Up to 0.3% weekly cashback.
• Silver: Up to 0.6% weekly cashback.
• Gold: Up to 0.9% weekly cashback.
• Platinum: Up to 1.2% weekly cashback.
• Diamond: Up to 1.5% weekly cashback.

Progression through VIP tiers depends on your regular gaming activity. ccd44 reserves the right to reassess VIP tiers at its own discretion. VIP benefits are non-transferable and cannot be converted to cash (except for cashback).

ccd44 reserves the right to change the terms, benefits, and cashback rates of the VIP Program. You will be notified in advance of any such changes.

ccd44 treats the security of your personal information as its highest priority. Our platform uses SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption technology to keep all your transactions and data secure.

10.1 Closure at ccd44's Initiative

ccd44 may suspend or permanently close your account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Any violation of these Terms.
• Suspicion of fraud or misconduct.
• Suspicion of money laundering or other financial crimes.
• Failure to complete identity verification or providing false information.
• Using the platform from a prohibited jurisdiction.

10.2 Voluntary Closure

You may request account closure at any time through our live chat or email. You will be given the opportunity to withdraw all valid balances before the account is closed. Withdrawal may not apply to bonus funds and incomplete wagering requirements.

• Service disruptions due to unavoidable circumstances (Force Majeure) such as natural disasters, war, or government directives.

Under no circumstances will ccd44's liability exceed the actual amount of money in your account.

ccd44 reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. In the case of significant changes, we will notify members via the website or by email.

Continuing to use the platform after any changes means you are automatically considered to have accepted the new terms and conditions. If you do not agree with the new terms and conditions, please close your account and stop using the platform.

These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between ccd44 and the user and replace all prior oral or written agreements.
